Nose: Candied citrus peel, apricots, white peaches, floral notes of
honeysuckle, minerality.

Taste: Fresh citrus, crisp apple, mineral notes, balanced acidity, structured long and lingering finish.

Color: Straw yellow, clean, and bright.

Gastronomy: Fresh fish and shellfish, rice dishes, roasted
vegetables, light game birds.
